テーマ：戦略経営論とダイナミックな競争優位の形成
講義について必要な予備知識：経営学の基礎的な知識を前提とする。
評価の方法：授業での報告，出席，討論への参加，期末レポートの総合評価とする。
オフィスアワー： 原則として毎回の授業の前後1時間。 sugiyama@econ.kyoto-u.ac.jpまでメールで事前予約すること。
授業の目的≫基本的な形態はリーディング・セミナーだが，若干補足的な講義をする。
≫前期は戦略経営論の基礎的な文献のリーディング・セミナーとし，
この分野の古典的な文献から順に必読文献をカバーする。
≫毎回の文献に加えてサブ・テキストとして，G.サローナー他『戦略経営論』東洋経済新報社，2002年を使用し，
毎回指定した範囲の予習を要求する。
≫後期は組織ルーティンと戦略，組織学習，ダイナミックな競争優位の形成といった，
近年の戦略経営論の中でも特に学習スクールに属する最新の 研究について文献を読む。
授業の進め方≫毎回指定された報告者が文献の内容について報告する。
報告者は3ページ以内のレジュメと1ページ以内のコメント・感想を人数分コピーして用意すること。
各期最低1回の報告を単位の要件とする
≫参加者は毎回1ページ以内に主な論点とコメントをまとめて提出すること。
全体の3分の２以上の提出を単位の要件とする。
≫期末のレポートとしては，トピックを絞った簡単なサーベイを提出してもらう予定である。

≫報告者が文献の内容について簡単に報告し，前もって与えられた討論課題についてコメントを述べる。
