テーマ：技術経営とアーキテクチャ
講義について必要な予備知識：経営学，特に経営戦略論の知識を前提とする。
評価の方法：授業での報告，出席，討論への参加，期末レポートの総合評価とする。
オフィスアワー： 原則として毎回の授業の前後1時間。sugiyama@econ.kyoto-u.ac.jpまでメールで事前予約すること。
授業の目的
技術経営論で研究されている主なトピックについて，理論と実証方法について理解するというのが本年度の目的である。そこで，技術経営に関す
る比較的最近の実証研究の論文を何本か選んで読む。特に，近年話題となることが多いのがモジュラー化やアーキテクチャなどの人工物の構造に
関わる概念については，これらの概念やその組織，戦略との関係について深く掘り下げて理解することを目的とする。このため，優れた論文集である

Age: Architectures, Networks and Organizations, Blackwell Publishing.
を用い，この分野の文献を集中的に読む。サブ・テキストとして，藤本隆宏他『ビジネス・アーキテクチャ』有斐閣，を使用する。研究者志望の大学院生
向けのセミナーなので注意すること。
授業の進め方
■ 基本的な形態はリーディング・セミナーだが，テーマに関する討論を通じた理解を重視する。
■ テキスト所収の文献以外はいずれもダウンロード可能なので，自分で入手すること。
■ 毎回指定された報告者が文献の内容について簡単に報告したうえで，自分が学術論文の差読者に指定されたと仮定してコメントを発表する。
報告者は2ページ以内のレジュメと2ページ以内のコメントを人数分コピーして用意すること。各期最低1回の報告を単位の要件とするが，参加人数
によっては2回以上指定される場合もある。
■ 参加者は毎回1ページ以内に主な論点とコメントをまとめて提出すること。全体の3分の２以上の提出を単位の要件とする。
■ 期末のレポートとして，各回のうちの一つのテーマについて，A4で5ページ程度のサーベイを提出すること。
