\nSaturday, Sunday, Holiday, 15th of every month (Next workday if 15th is a weekend or Holiday)
\nYear End and New Year, Entrance exam\u2019s day in January and February, 1st~5th April
\nthe anniversary of KU (18th June), about 10days in mid-August (the Bon Holiday)

For Using<\/h3>\n

Non-KU members can read reserved items in the reading room between 9:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. Please make your reservation by 17:00 at least three business days in advance.

Institutional Members<\/h5>\n

If you are a member of some university or research institute, we recommend that you apply through your university or institution’s library.<\/p>\n

Others (including Alumni)<\/h5>\n

Please apply via <[EconLib] Visiting Application Form (General Books)<\/a>>. You may also apply through public libraries. Please inform the library to apply through this form.<\/p>\n

Librarians<\/h5>\n

Please apply via <[EconLib] Visiting Application Form (General Books)<\/a>>. A letter of introduction is not required. If you have special circumstances that make it difficult to apply from the form, please submit \u201cVisiting Application<\/a>\u201c by e-mail.<\/p>\n

On Visiting Day<\/h3>\n

Please bring your identity card (e.g. Student\/Faculty\/Staff card, driver’s license, or health insurance card) and replication of the visit reservation.<\/p>\n

Only items you reserved in advance are available.<\/span> No additional materials will be accepted on the day. If you need additional materials, please apply again through your university or public library.<\/p>\n

Photography with smartphones, cameras, etc. is permitted only for materials that we determine cannot be copied by photocopiers, such as deteriorated materials. If you wish to do so, please submit an “Application for Taking Photos<\/a>“. If it is difficult for you to take photos by yourself, please apply for an ILL service<\/a> through your university or public library.<\/p>\n

To Make Photocopies<\/h3>\n

There is no photocopy machine inside the library. You can copy documents outside the library after applying for short borrowing at the desk.<\/p>\n
