”Success,Happiness and Performance”
Abstract:
It may seem that success and happiness would enhance performance, but this research shows that in Japan they may actually diminish performance. We provide empirical evidence based on actual matches played in World Cup Soccer, as well as behavioral lab experiments. We also explore the theoretical foundations.
