- Form I – VIII (Word format)
- Form I – VIII (PDF format)
- Form 2: Form of Publication concerning the Doctoral Dissertation (Excel format)
- Form 14-2: Request for the Issuance of Diploma in English (Word format)
- Kurumi seihon_Bookbinding Sample_くるみ製本
- dissertation: the title and author’s name on the front cover, spine and inside cover match exactly (including capitalisation and the order of the text)

Schedule ★earning a Doctoral Degree in 24 September 2026
1. Early June: Doctoral Dissertation Submission (Deadline: 4 June Thurs. noon)
2. July to August: Doctoral Degree Conferral oral examination 3. 10 September: Announcement of degree conferral recipients 4. 24 September (Thurs): Degree Conferred Ceremony (Kyoto University (AM) and EA Programme (PM)) ★earning a Doctoral Degree in 23 March 2027
1. Mid December: Doctoral Dissertation Submission (Deadline: 10 Dec. Thurs. noon)
2. January to February 2027: Doctoral Degree Conferral oral examination 3. 5 March: Announcement of degree conferral recipients 4. 23 March (Tue): Degree Conferred Ceremony (Kyoto University (PM))
