食品・たばこ産業と地域の競争優位

研究内容

先行研究のレビューを通して、食品・たばこ産業における地域の競争優位性を探ることが研究目的である。これまで、食品・たばこ産業の発展はマス・マーケットにおいてマーケティングに秀でた企業がブランドを構築し、M&Aを通じて多国籍企業として成長していくプロセスによって示されてきたからである。
