戦前から高度成長期における日本の中小企業金融のサーベイ

研究内容

東アジア諸国特に日本、韓国、台湾において、サポーティング・インダストリーである金融業が1945年から現在にいたる中小企業政策の展開および中小企業育成に果たした役割を明らかにする研究。
また、1945年以降の東アジア諸国と欧米の中小企業金融史の比較研究。

2015年度　研究実績の概要

2015年度は活動の集大成となる『グローバル経営史 − 国境を越えるダイナミズム』において、戦後日本、韓国、台湾の中小企業政策と中小企業金融が各国の中小企業の競争力形成に果たした役割について国際比較を行った。

2014年度　研究実績の概要

1920年代日本に実施された大型合併に対する市場評価を明らかにするために、いくつかの事例をイベントスタディで検討した結果、特に買い手企業に負の株価効果がみられた。

2012年度　研究実績の概要

本年度はパリで開催されたEBHA-BHSJ joint conferenceにて、戦前から戦後復興期の日本の中小企業政策および中小企業金融を国際比較の観点から検討したものを報告した。また、この報告をもとに作成した論文をThe Kyoto Economic Reviewに投稿した。
